Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all physical items shipped by GelatineFit™. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Destinations

GelatineFit™ ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping. This includes US territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands — please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.

2. Digital Products

All GelatineFit™ meal plans are delivered digitally as PDF files sent directly to the email address provided at checkout. Digital delivery occurs within 1–2 business days after your order is processed. There are no shipping fees for digital products.

3. Physical Materials (Where Applicable)

Certain product packages may include physical supplementary materials (e.g., printed plan booklets, journals, or welcome kits). If your order includes a physical component, the following applies:

4. Order Processing Time

Physical orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on a Friday will begin processing the following Monday.

5. Shipping Carriers and Delivery Estimates

We ship via USPS or UPS, depending on your location and the nature of the items ordered. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days from the date of shipment.

Delivery estimates are provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping on all physical components is free of charge for orders within the contiguous United States.

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your physical order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package via the carrier's website. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

8. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is reported as lost in transit, please contact us within 10 business days of the expected delivery date. Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue (and photos of damage, if applicable). We will work with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your order. GelatineFit™ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to correct the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
