GelatineFit™ plans are delivered as digital products (PDF files). Upon successful payment and processing, your plan will be sent to the email address provided at checkout within 1–2 business days. Digital products are non-transferable and licensed for personal use only. You may not distribute, reproduce, or sell your plan to third parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, on an individual basis, waiving any right to a jury trial or class action.
